Sunil S. Rawat – Chief Executive Officer

Sunil has served as the chief executive officer of Crescendant since 2007 and is a seasoned technology and management leader with extensive experience in cost reduction, offshoring and operations of mission critical enterprise IT. Sunil served as the CTO of Crescendant since 2002, and led our e-business performance management, capacity planning, and operations management businesses, and delivered software and technology solutions to ensure some of the largest revenue generating e-commerce and web platforms in the world perform and are continually available. Prior to Crescendant, Sunil was a consultant at Hewlett Packard. He also co-founded AirXpress, a wireless ISP, and was a pioneering web developer at Patni Computer Systems. Sunil has a Bachelors degree in Electronics Engineering from the University of Mumbai. His interests include high performance computing, networking, economics, neuroscience, travel, and mentoring.

Sanket Naik – Chief Technology Officer

Sanket is driven to keep our customers’ online presences fast, reliable and secure. At Crescendant, he champions strategies, evaluates technologies, and architects products to be integrated into Crescendant's solutions. In his prior position as the Vice President of Service Delivery, he designed and delivered solutions for the business critical applications of our customers - from small businesses to Fortune 15 enterprises. Sanket came to Crescendant from Qualys where he innovated several industry leading security solutions. Sanket has also held security and engineering positions at Lockheed Martin, Oblix and NCST, and did research at the CERIAS security center at Purdue University. Sanket holds a Masters degree in Computer Science from Purdue University and a Bachelors degree in Electronics Engineering from University of Mumbai. He is a Certified Information Systems Security Professional (CISSP). Sanket enjoys mentoring, hiking, biking and playing team sports.

Dan Douglass – Vice President, Business Development

Dan Douglass brings over twenty years of business development, sales and marketing experience to Crescendant. At Crescendant, Dan drives global customer, partnering, sales and marketing strategy and innovation. He is responsible for developing long term, win-win customer and partnership agreements. Dan works with partners and internal resources to help drive the technology and business strategy to exceed customers' requirements. Prior to Crescendant, Dan held the position of Chief Marketing Officer at an Applied Materials Group with over $1B in revenue. There he played a variety of roles including general management, marketing and acquisitions. Dan also served as head of new business development at Applied Materials Global Services. While at Applied Materials, Dan drove over fifty alliances and licensing deals to improve product performance and meet customers’ requirements. Dan holds a MBA from the Tuck School at Dartmouth, receiving the Tuck Scholar award and a bachelor's degree in business from University of California, Berkeley with honors.

Jeff Honda – Vice President, Engineering

Jeff Honda brings over twenty years of engineering and operations experience to Crescendant. At Crescendant, Jeff drives global product and services development. He is responsible for expanding the organization’s services capability, as well as developing specific solutions key customers might require. Jeff works with partners and internal resources to help drive the business strategy and technology roadmap necessary to meet customers' needs. Prior to joining Crescendant, Jeff managed the global operations of Hewlett-Packard’s on-line web presence. There he built a world class, globally distributed team responsible for all operational aspects of HP.com, including infrastructure, production engineering, security, operations and 24x7 support. While at HP, Jeff also drove numerous company-wide, global infrastructure transformation initiatives across a variety of objectives: rapid growth, revolutionary functional improvements, M&A integration, consolidation and cost cutting. Jeff holds an MBA from the Wharton School at the University Of Pennsylvania and a bachelor's degree in business from the University of Southern California with honors.

Lindsey Cross– Vice President, Human Resources and Administration

Lindsey leads the Human Resources, Legal, and Compliance functions of the company. Lindsey previously worked at Chartwells, a subsidiary of the Compass Group PLC, where she was responsible for operations and human resources, working with union workers on a daily basis. Prior to that, Lindsey worked for the State of California in the Financial Aid and Scholarship program at Foothill College. She handled several million dollars in annual scholarship donations and disbursements. Lindsey has degrees in Business Administration and Internet Technology. Lindsey enjoys spending her spare time with her family, traveling, and playing golf.

Milan Kojnok – Chief Financial Officer

Milan Kojnok, CPA, has been in the accounting profession since 1989. He began his career with a local firm and rapidly rose to Tax Senior Manager, prior to co-founding Silicon Valley Accountancy Corporation and manages all tax related matters for the firm. He specializes in corporate tax issues for emerging growth, high-tech companies, closely held entities & family businesses, including the areas of partnership and individual taxation. Milan has provided extensive tax consulting in multi-state and international tax issues for companies, besides expat–inpat tax issues for individuals. When he isn’t working hard, Milan is busy seeking new adventures and traveling around the world. Milan believes in giving back to the community and supports local charitable organizations.
